Link load balance 2 WAN

Amirul Shazriel Lv1Posted 19 Jun 2019 15:50

Eth1 - 100Mbps (priority)
Eth2 - 200Mbps (backup)

Current method is using "Priority on top" as Eth1 as a priority link. If Eth1 already reach to max 100Mbps, is the NGAF will distribute the bandwidth to the Eth2 as backup ? since the method is running active-standby. From observation, the link will use Eth1 and only use Eth2 when link detection at Eth1 is failed.

Since your Method is "Priority on top" its always using your ETH1 bandwidth even if its maximum usage. If you want to use the ETH2, change your Method to "Round Robin" for active-active usage.

I would prefer that ETH2 only kicks in when the state of eth1 is in failed.
Is it possible?
