Default username and password is admin admin. But make sure you have a local connection with your vm

As per my understanding, you are unable to download .ova file from web browser and you are unable to do so. Try to change browser or else asked Sangfor support to reach out to you for help.

Make sure that the there is already a ethernet interface active on the VM. Check the Knowledgebase for the credentials which can be located on the community.
