First of all, why do you need to setup interface aggregation? What the cause or result you need to acomplish? Because aggregation in HCI doesnt support multiple VLAN

It doesn't matter if the interface supports aggregated interface or not. The interface doesn't need to be aggregated to support vlans. One interface can support multiple vlans if its supported.

Yes. My HCI edge interface is an LACP with 4 ethernet interfaces (for every physical node) and all VLANs over it: 40Gbps bandwidth.
