IAG is used for filtering, bandwidth management, etc... It is not for looking at the contents of an email.

In terms of files, Sangfor IAM can only search up the extension name and file type. It looks for possible malware. It also has the ability to regulate HTTP, FTP upload and download activities depending on the real file type.
