some general steps you can take to troubleshoot the installation issue with the Endpoint Secure Agent:

Check system requirements: Verify that the laptops meet the system requirements for installing the Endpoint Secure Agent. Ensure that the operating system version and hardware specifications are compatible.

Disable remaining antivirus remnants: Even after uninstalling the previous antivirus, there might be remnants or residual files causing conflicts. Check for any remaining antivirus-related processes or services and disable or remove them.

Clean temporary files: Use a disk cleanup tool or manually delete temporary files to ensure there are no conflicting or corrupted files affecting the installation process.

Run installation as administrator: Right-click on the Endpoint Secure Agent installer and select "Run as administrator." This ensures that the installation process has the necessary permissions to make system changes.

Check user permissions: Ensure that the users attempting to install the Endpoint Secure Agent have sufficient permissions to install software on their respective laptops. They should have administrative privileges or be part of a user group with the necessary installation rights.

Temporarily disable security features: Temporarily disable any firewall or security software on the laptops to rule out any conflicts or interference during the installation process. Remember to re-enable them once the installation is complete.

Update operating system and drivers: Ensure that the laptops have the latest operating system updates and necessary drivers installed. Outdated software or drivers can sometimes cause installation issues.

Contact Endpoint Secure support: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it's recommended to contact the support team of the Endpoint Secure Agent. They will have the specific knowledge and resources to assist you with troubleshooting the installation error and providing a solution.

Remember that every software installation issue can have unique causes and solutions. It's important to gather specific error messages or codes related to the installation error to provide more targeted troubleshooting steps or to seek assistance from the software vendor's support team.

Same problem here with a brand new dell laptop. No antivirus was installed before, Win10's AV disabled. _No bitlocker set (tried also to activate and deactivate), tried different installer version, tried as administrator (account ad run as). Tried more than one user account, UAC disabled.... Windows 10 full updated. Minimum requirements are reached.  Waiting for sangfor.... probably there is something frm dell that is workink under windows

This is likely due to leftover files and configurations remain from the previous Antivirus tool.

You may refer to the following KB guide on clearing the records of previous Antivirus.

If the problem persist, kindly attach the following log and send to tech.support@sangfor.com
