Essentially, VRF uses the same methods of virtualization as virtual VLAN. They are equivalent to the Layer 3 version of a Transmission Control Protocol/IP layer of a VLAN. Because both routing instances operate independently, they can use the same IP address without any friction.

Vlan Interface:
Interface name: Set VLAN ID. Which VLAN the device needs to join, fill in the corresponding VLAN ID.
Basic Attributes: Set whether the VLAN interface allows PING
IP Assignment: Can choose static IP or DHCP. Static IP address: Fill in the IP address of the corresponding VLAN network segment.
Link State Detection: The advanced configuration is the same as the routing interface setting method.

I don't see VRF or sub interface feature yet in NGAF.

Unfortunately, VDOM is not yet supported so you can't configure it
