I understand this error with the SSL VPN client is preventing you from connecting to the VPN and taking your written exam. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try on your Windows 11 machine:

1. Check the Error Message:

The specific error message will provide valuable clues about the issue. Look for any error codes or descriptions displayed by the VPN client. Note them down as they can help identify the problem.
2. Restart and Reinstall:

A simple restart of your computer can sometimes resolve temporary glitches. Try restarting and then relaunching the VPN client.
If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the VPN client software. This can fix corrupted installations or missing files.
3. Compatibility Issues:

Some VPN clients might not be fully compatible with Windows 11. Check with your VPN provider's website for a Windows 11 compatible version of the client software. They might offer specific instructions for Windows 11 users.
4. Network Adapter Issues:

Windows 11 updates can sometimes affect network adapters. Try disabling and re-enabling your network adapter. You can find this option in the Network & internet settings.
5. Check Date and Time:

Incorrect system time can cause connection issues. Ensure your computer's date and time are set accurately.
6. Consult Support Resources:

Look for support resources provided by your VPN provider. They might have troubleshooting guides or FAQs specific to the error you're encountering.
