If we determine the interface for the VPN line manually there is an option to select the interface but on BBC there is only a link type button and ISP there is no button to select the interface that will be used.

Thank you in advance.

Based on this issue, kindly be informed that BBC did not support to selection of the interface.
If you wish to modify the VPN paths you may access NGAF and add the VPN paths.

After adding the VPN paths you may access the SD-WAN Path Selection to choose the interface.

Hi, i'm sorry, i'm not sure I understand your question. Could you please provide more details or rephrase your question? If you are looking for information on how to add VPN path with BBC, you can refer to the following steps:

1) Open the BBC page.
2) At the top, go to VPN -> SD-WAN Paths -> VPN paths.

You can look this thread for more info: https://community.sangfor.com/fo ... thread&tid=9611

It's helpful to know more about the specifics to provide the best guidance:

What are BBC and ISP in this context? Are they different VPN providers, connection types, or network configurations?
Where are you configuring the VPN connections? Is it through a software client, web interface, or another tool?
What operating system are you using? Different operating systems might have different interfaces for configuring VPN connections.
What have you tried so far? Have you checked any documentation or troubleshooting guides specific to your setup?

Knowing this information will help me understand the limitations you're facing and suggest possible solutions.

In the meantime, here are some general possibilities:

The BBC connection might be limited to specific link types or ISPs. Some providers might restrict interface selection for security or management reasons.
The configuration tool you're using for BBC might not support manual interface selection. Check the documentation or menus for options related to link selection or automatic detection.
There might be hidden settings or advanced options. Look for menus or configuration files that offer further control over the VPN connection.

In BBC (Borderless Broadband Controller), the determination of the interface for VPN paths is typically managed dynamically based on the underlying network infrastructure and configuration. Unlike manual setups where users can explicitly select interfaces, BBC might automatically determine the most suitable interface for VPN paths based on routing policies, load balancing, or other predefined criteria. Instead of a specific interface selection button, BBC likely relies on its intelligent routing algorithms to optimize VPN traffic across available network links. Users may configure link types and ISP settings to guide the system in making dynamic decisions regarding the most appropriate interfaces for VPN paths, ensuring efficient and reliable network connectivity. It's recommended to refer to the specific documentation or interface configuration options within the BBC platform for detailed guidance on managing VPN paths and link utilization.

It looks like the VPN interface selection option is missing from your BBC device. Rather, it appears that "Link Type" is already chosen, and "veth.100" may be the sole interface that is available. This can be the result of constrained setting choices unique to the firmware or model of your device. Examine the following options:

-Consider the manual for information on configuring a VPN, particularly with regard to support for interface selection.
-Check for firmware updates; updated versions may have the absent feature.
-Consider pre-defined interface: the VPN interface "veth.100" may be the only one.
-Look for advanced settings; you may find secret controls for the UI.
-Speak with BBC support for specialized advice tailored to your device.
-Recall that looking at these options ought to bring you closer to a resolution.
