HCI Physical Disks Error

Hello, we have been getting an error prompt that the physical disks are offline but these disks are physically connected to the HCI upon inspection. What seems to be the problem?

1. When there is only single disk offline, it might be the disk loosen or encounter abnormalities like bad sectors, IO error and such.
Suggestion:
a. In this situation, you may try to replug the disk and observe the disk status.
b. Take note that the disk must be in JBOD mode as replugging disk with other mode like RAID0/1 might not support hot replug.

2. When multiple/all disk offline in the same node, it is possible that the cache disk is offline or the RAID controller is encountering problem.
Suggestion:
a. Replug the cache disk if it is offline and monitor the disk status.
b. Check the RAID controller logs to determine whether it is damaged or offline.
