hi,

you may try several options below:

1. if you have integrated Sangfor IEM with your NGAF, you can check the "Online Users" dashboard to see the list of connected devices and users.
2. You can try accessing the "Session List" under "Monitor" tab to see details about active sessions which includes username, source and destination IP addresses, protocol, and session duration.
3. You can check and go to "Reports>Traffic Analysis>User Traffic Statistics to show traffic usage per user so you can estimate the number of active users based on traffic.

The abovementioned will vary depending on the version you are using. It is still best to contact Sangfor support if you need immediate assistance.

HiHi,

You can access the "Monitor\Access Logs\User Login/Logout Logs" to check the status of the users.

User Login/Logout:
User Login/Logout Logs are mainly used to query the recorded details about a user's login and logout through the NGAF authentication module after the module is enabled.
You can export logs for performing analysis, as shown in the following figure.

Hi!
If you want to check the total connected users on NGAF, open the dashboard and find the section displaying the current number of users. Look for real-time statistics or active connections for the latest information.
