HCI Exam Lab01 HCI2 unreachable

HI, im attending HCI-lab01 now, but HCI2 is unreachable, and im stuck on the question, i cant even create cluster, i ve contacted the support agent, they said we are working on it,

is possible to change the lab now to lab3? or i need to rebook for the next session?

Anyone has counter this issue? any recommendation? thanks

Do you mean that HCI2 is the second node is offline/can't access through the web ui?

yes, HCI2 webui and ping both cant go through

In that case, I've just recently faced this problem. Unfortunately for me I've to book another day. I started doing the lab on 2pm then it started like the situation you're in. So I kinda gave up, then almost midnight I just on a whim tried to check if it still can't be access. At 11.30pm, the second node is back to normal. I can access and continue with the lab. However since you require to submit before 10pm, it's kinda wasted my time.

So for your question to change the current lab to a different or book another lab I'm not sure, you may have to ask Sangfor Tech

badluck, hci-lab3 node2-192.168.20.192 failed, happen during Virtualdatastore creation,

node ping suddenly spike and become offline in the cluster, i cant proceed anything now,

2nd time attempt with bad exp also,

Plus environment setup is not fresh some ip already been used, cant create cluster ip .190, becos ady been used, i just use .193 instead,

hope sangfor team look at this issue immediately

Another things during the lab, the vcenter login also wasnt working, the last question i just explain the steps only, hahaha,
