Outbound calls from Aircall and VoIPline are not working

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently experiencing an issue with our firewall. Outbound calls from Aircall and VoIPline are not working, while inbound calls are working without any issues.

Other communication applications, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Viber, and WhatsApp, are all functioning normally.

So far, I've tried the following:

Disabled SIP ALG and H.323 ALG
Created a bypass policy
Whitelisted the IP addresses provided by Aircall

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions on what else I should check? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, please make Sure source zone and ip address list has been defined to be allowed in the outgoing connection. in destination zone and dst adddress.
