Hi Concern,

My new Sangfor NGAF 4500-F-1 cannot open its "Access Web Manage Page" while I successfully connected my NGAF with my laptop as a local area and the Management IP of NGAF 10.251.251.251 is pingable.

So please guide & suggest what can I Do?

Have you tried to use https:// instead of http://  ?

I;ve already tried both http:// and https://, but the issue remains. Could you suggest the next steps?

this is a very common first-time NGAF issue. Since the IP is pingable, the firewall is alive

Here’s a clear step-by-step checklist to get the Web Management page working.
1. Use HTTPS, not HTTP (most important)
By default, Sangfor NGAF Web management works on HTTPS, not HTTP.
Try this exact URL in your browser:
https://10.251.251.251
You will get a certificate warning — that’s normal.
Click Advanced → Proceed.

2. Check the Management Port
Sangfor sometimes uses a custom HTTPS port.
Try these one by one:
https://10.251.251.251:443
https://10.251.251.251:4443
https://10.251.251.251:8443
(Do not use http)
3. Verify You Are Connected to the Correct Port
Make sure your laptop is connected to the MGMT / LAN / GE0/0 (or the port labeled for management).
On your laptop:
•        IP should be in same subnet
o        Example:
        Laptop IP: 10.251.251.10
        Subnet: 255.255.255.0
        Gateway: leave empty (not required)

4. Disable Proxy / VPN on Your Laptop
If proxy or VPN is enabled, the page may not open.
✔ Disable:
•        Browser proxy
•        Any VPN software
Then retry HTTPS.
5.Try Another Browser
Best results usually with:
•        Chrome
•        Edge
(avoid old IE)

6. Confirm Web Management Service Is Enabled (via Console)
If it still doesn’t open, connect via console cable.
Console settings:
•        Baud rate: 115200
•        8N1
Login and check:
•        Whether Web Management service is enabled
•        Whether management IP is correctly applied
(Brand-new devices usually have it enabled by default.)

7. Factory Reset (Last Option)
If the device is new and nothing works:
•        Do a factory reset from console
•        Reconfigure management IP
•        Retry https://IP
