I have learned that the Sangfor Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) V5.9.6 Replacement Vmware Horizon Guide provides a step-by-step approach to migrating from VMware Horizon to Sangfor VDI, covering both persistent and floating pool modes. The detailed workflows for uninstalling VMware components, migrating VMs, converting templates with aDesk Tools, and configuring domain/SSO in VDC were especially helpful in understanding the practical migration process.

For example, I found the persistent mode migration steps very useful, particularly the section on binding converted VMs to existing templates, which helps reduce repetitive work when migrating multiple machines. This is something I'd recommend colleagues who deal with large-scale migrations to look at closely.
