EDR: Disconnected from Endpoint Secure Manager

There is sufficient Sangfor Edpoint Secure avaliable from Platform-X.
But the agent at client PC unable to update Anti-Virus database and showing Disconnected from Endpoint Secure Manager. May I ask for your advise?
