NAT Connection errror (Loop-back?) 30

Hello
I am having trouble with NAT and connection, so I have a question

First of all, the product I am using is NGAF 5100
There are two NATs set up with the same IP path as 22port(SSH) and 5000port (docker)
Communication via IP is fine, but telnet connection problems occur in certain situations

External PC (2.2.2.2)
Src – Vlan,Lan
Dst – Public IP (1.1.1.1)
TSrs – untranslated
TDst – Server IP (10.10.10.10)

When connecting to the internal web server (1.1.1.1:22) from the external PC (2.2.2.2) via SSH,
I am getting a connection error when trying to telnet to 1.1.1.1:5000 in the terminal (I can connect to the internal web server (10.10.10.10:5000))

At the request of the internal developer, access via public IP as above is required In this situation, is there any way to make the connection possible?

you try to access 1.1.1.1:5000 from inside your network using the public IP? Port 22 works but 5000 does not?

both NAT rules set the same?

You attempt to use the public IP to access 1.1.1.1:5000 from within your network.  Does port 5000 not function while port 22 does?  Are the two NAT rules set identically?
