While Windows Server 2025 is not yet officially listed as a compatible guest OS by Sangfor HCI and the installation failure you are experiencing is a classic symptom of a missing storage controller driver. The Windows installer gets stuck at the logo because it cannot find or communicate with the virtual hard disk presented by the hypervisor. Kindly download the latest virtIO drivers for Windows from a reputable source, mount the driver ISO to the VM alongside the Windows Server ISO and during the installation phase, use the "Load Driver" option to manually install the appropriate storage driver. Once the driver is loaded, the installer will recognize the virtual disk and the setup process should proceed normally

The installation issue you are facing is a typical sign of a missing storage controller driver, even though Sangfor HCI has not yet formally identified Windows Server 2025 as a suitable guest OS.  Because it is unable to locate or connect to the virtual hard disk that the hypervisor is presenting, the Windows installer becomes stopped at the logo.  Please download the most recent virtIO drivers for Windows from a reliable source, mount the driver ISO to the virtual machine (VM) along with the Windows Server ISO, and then manually install the relevant storage driver during the installation process using the "Load Driver" option.  The installer will identify the virtual disk when the driver has been loaded, and the setup procedure should run smoothly.

Although Sangfor HCI has not yet officially recognized Windows Server 2025 as a compatible guest operating system, the installation problem you are experiencing is a common indication of a missing storage controller driver.  The Windows installer stops at the logo because it cannot find or connect to the virtual hard disk that the hypervisor is displaying.  Kindly get the latest virtIO drivers for Windows from a trustworthy source, mount the driver ISO to the virtual machine (VM) together with the Windows Server ISO, and then use the "Load Driver" option to manually install the appropriate storage driver during the installation procedure.  After the driver has been loaded, the installer will recognize the virtual disk, and the setup process ought to proceed without any issues.
