HiHi,

Here is a similar issue regarding "Failed to obtain Internet time" with the same error message "(Error 1, 10060, Error when connecting.)"

Root Cause:
The ISP has blocked access to the following two domains:
uptime.sangfor.net & uptime.sangfor.net.cn

Solution:
1. Check with ISP side to unblock the domains.
2. Have direct connection to NGAF management port and connect the PC to 4G internet for upgrade.
3. Find and use the WAN line that do not block these 2 domain for upgrade.
