Assistance Needed: Configuring Specific Route for Server IP x.x.x.x via eth3 on NGAF 8.0.26

Dear Sangfor Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently using a Sangfor NGAF 8.0.26 firewall, and I need assistance with configuring a specific routing rule. My goal is to ensure that all traffic destined for the server with IP address x.x.x.x is routed exclusively through the eth3 WAN interface.

Current Configuration:
WAN Interfaces :
eth2: Connected to ISP 1 (100Mb/s)
eth3: Connected to ISP 2 (100Mb/s)
LAN Interface : eth1 (for internal network)
Objective:
I want to create a rule or policy that ensures:

All traffic from my LAN destined for the server IP x.x.x.x is routed exclusively through the eth3 interface.
Other traffic should continue to use the default routing rules or load balancing as configured.
Steps Taken So Far:
I have verified that both eth2 and eth3 are properly configured with their respective IP addresses, subnet masks, and default gateways.
I attempted to configure a "Route Policy" in the NGAF web interface but was unable to confirm if the configuration is correct or if additional settings are required.
Request for Assistance:
Could you please provide guidance or step-by-step instructions on how to achieve this? If possible, could you also include screenshots or examples of the configuration process?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether there are any specific considerations or prerequisites for this type of setup, such as enabling certain features or modifying existing rules.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. Please let me know if you require any additional information about my current configuration or setup.

Best regards,

Hi,
here's the steps:

Log in to the NGAF web interface using your admin credentials.

Navigate to Network > Interfaces > Zones. Ensure that your LAN and WAN interfaces are correctly assigned to their respective zones.

Go to Policies > Routing > Static Routes. Click on "Add" to create a new static route.

Configure the static route:

Source Zone: LAN

Destination Network: IP address of the server (x.x.x.x)

Destination Interface: eth3

Gateway: Default gateway for eth3

Save the configuration and ensure the rule is active.

Hi Enrico,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am currently using Sangfor NGAF 8.0.26 , and I am facing an issue while attempting to configure a static route. When I try to add a new static route, I receive the following error:
"Error: Route with this destination and metric already exists!"

Hello, these are the steps:

Enter your admin login information to access the NGAF online interface.

Go to Interfaces > Network > Zones. Make sure the zones to which your LAN and WAN interfaces are assigned are correct.

Select Static Routes under Policies > Routing. To build a new static route, click "Add".

Set up the static route:

Zone of Source: LAN

Destination Network: the server's IP address (x.x.x.x)

Interface of Destination: eth3

Gateway: Eth3's default gateway

Make sure the rule is activated and save the configuration.
