I have  recieved an error message when I add a server in cluster.
"failed to obtain version information"

Hi there, u can try check the version of the node u wanted added is the same version as the existing cluster. If it is the same version but still unable to join cluster, u can try run aDeploy health check on the nodes to see what's wrong with it. If the report shows no issue whatsoever but the issue still persists, u can try contact Sangfor support.

Do bear in mind that if the server is aServer, a brand from Sangfor the support team will assist u. However, if it's a 3rd party server they will not assist as much. Mostly they'll just advice to contact the supplier/manufacturer of the server to check its compatibility.
