Q2:The HCI device cannot be health - checked normally
2.1 Issue Description
1. According to the User Manual, the HCI device cannot be health - checked normally.
2.2 Solution
1.  Ensure whether the running state of the aDeploy tool is normal.

2.  Configure the device according to the following.
a)  Log in to the HCI console, go to System > Port Management, and click Enable in the SSH Port section. Disable the SSH port after the check is complete.

b)  Check whether the port connectivity is normal. (port 22)

c)  Configure the task settings and click Start, as shown in the following figure.

3.  If the inspection is still abnormal, please contact tech.support@sangfor.com.
