Domain Authentication Issue

Dear Community

We have a problem when some users log in with the IAG captive portal.  The authentication is successful, but the access control rule is not added to the login user.  When we added it manually (menu: status - users), the access control rule is automatically deleted after we close the user detail's windows.  Usually, this action (added manually) solves the problems, but somehow it cannot.

When successfully login :

Hi,

Check your multifunction license.

If this license is still valid, disable authentication policies and restart IAM, then re-enable authentication policies to check again.

If that doesn't solve the problem, please email tech.support@sangfor.com.

Thanks
