Hi, kindly ensure that the Edge interface has been configured correctly with the corresponding physical interface and vlan settings.
Other than that, you may double check whether the IP configuration on the Windows Server 2022 is correct.
Lastly, ensure that the VM NIC has been enabled and connected to the Edge.

It is recommended to reach out to the technical support teams of both Windows Server 2022 and HCI Sangfo

Use ping/tracert to test network connectivity.

Just check if their are missing drivers in the network.

Verify correct network settings (IP, subnet mask, gateway, DNS).

Verify the network configuration: Double-check the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS settings configured on your Windows Server 2022. Ensure they match the network requirements of your environment.

Verify physical connectivity: Ensure that the network cable is securely connected to the appropriate network interface on the HCI nodes. You may also try using a different cable or port to rule out any physical connectivity issues.

Check network settings on Sangfor HCI: Review the networking configuration and settings within the Sangfor HCI solution. Ensure that it aligns with the network setup you're using.

Verify network access: Ensure that the network you are connecting to allows access for the configured static IP. Check firewall settings or any network-level restrictions that might be blocking the connection.

Update drivers and firmware: Check for any available updates for the network drivers and firmware on the HCI nodes. Outdated or incompatible drivers could potentially cause connectivity issues.

Just recreate the vm and double check the network settings of the vm.

This must work in Windows Server 2022. Try to recreate the VM.
