Dear support,

I am unable to access the sangfor ova web UI at browser and also i am looking for default ova username password for ova installed as a vm.

Clear cache or try another browser. For your last option contact Sangfor support team to reset your password.

Make sure that the there is already a ethernet interface active on the VM. Check the Knowledgebase for the credentials which can be located on the community.
