1. Log in to the community. If you have no Sangfor community account, please register first.

2. Click Open a support case.

3. You will be guided to the Sangfor Support Portal, which is a platform to empower our users to monitor, manage, view, activate, and update their Sangfor assets. You can take charge of your assets and create a ticket through the system. The case you submitted will be related to your device's SN/Gateway ID of your product.
Remark: Before you create a case, you need to create an account in the Sangfor Support Portal. The system does not support SSO in Sangfor Community.



4. A Sangfor expert will follow-up your case immediately! Please confirm that you can be contacted via the email you have provided.
