Hi guys - have anyone successfully onboarded their HCI on their VBR and tested the agentless backup yet?

Our HCI is at version 6.11.3 and we deployed a VBR 13.1.0.308 (in beta version) together, and installed its Veeam Sangfor aSV plugin.

But instead we encountered credential issues to onboard the HCI  - would like to know if we're missing out anything.

Hello everyone, I've seen that this question is gaining some attention.

I was hoping someone here has tested it since it was first disclosed, but I haven't been able to test one agentless backup because I don't have a SCP license.

Hi everyone

I just integrated Veeam 13.1 (the new official release) with SCP 6.11.3 and HCI 6.11.3.

The setup was very easy; I had no problems connecting both platforms and deploying the virtual proxies (workers).

First backup completed successfully.

Hi guys, noticing this query getting some traction.

For my side, no I have not been able to test one agentless backup due to the limitation that I don't have scp license - I was hoping someone here have tested it since it was announced officially.

Hello, there is currently no documentation available for integrating HCI with Veeam as this integration is still undergoing internal testing.
You may keep an eye on our support platform via the link below: https://support.sangfor.com/productDocument/read?product_id=10&version_id=1381.
Relevant integration documents will be published here once the testing is completed.

Hi Tching,

I'm interested in knowing whether you were able to set up a fully working environment with Sangfor HCI and Veeam Backup & Replication 13.1 (Beta).

If so, I'd like to ask whether you have tested **application-item recovery**, specifically for Microsoft SQL Server. For example, were you able to restore a **single SQL table** from a backup?

The reason I'm asking is that my main requirement is not only to restore entire VMs, but also to perform granular SQL restores, just as Veeam Backup & Replication 13 currently does in a VMware environment. It is quite common for a table to be accidentally deleted or corrupted, so the ability to restore an individual table is much more important to me than simply restoring the whole virtual machine.

I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience. Thanks!
