problem solved
1. Delete any existing whitelist/policies you may have configured for this webcam.
2. Create a normal USB whitelist for XXXX:XXXX (ID DEVIDE)
3. Create a Webcam whitelist for  XXXX:XXXX (ID DEVICE)

To use a local webcam inside a virtual desktop session, you need to configure the webcam redirection policy in the VDC console. The specific steps depend on your VDI version.

For VDI versions 5.6.0 to 5.9.6
1. Log in to the VDC Administrator Console.
2. Navigate to Policies > Policy Sets.
3. Click Edit on the corresponding policy set.
4. Go to the Virtual & Local Desktop Policy tab.
5. In the left panel, click Acceleration.
6. Locate and configure the Webcam Optimization settings.

For VDI versions 5.3.8R1 to 5.4.10
The webcam optimization settings are also supported, but the configuration path in the console may differ from the path described above.

Additional Information
- VDI supports mapping the built-in camera of a Windows laptop to the VM, but compatibility issues may occur if the camera driver is missing in the VM.
- As of standard edition VDI 5.9.1, using the camera of a MAC terminal or mobile device (tablets, phones) to access the VM is not supported.
- The maximum number of cameras that can be redirected simultaneously is 8, depending on the camera model and network bandwidth.
