Solving the "Internet is Slow" Headache Without Blocking Apps

The most common complaint for any network admin is 'The internet is slow!' Usually, the first instinct is to block high-bandwidth apps. But what if your manager doesn’t want to block anything?
This is where Smart Bandwidth Management (BM) comes in. Instead of a 'hard block,' IAG uses queuing and buffering techniques to prioritize traffic. You can create Guaranteed Channels for critical business applications (like ERP or VoIP) and Limited Channels for 'bandwidth hogs' like P2P software or online video.
The 'Smart' part? If the ISP line is idle, low-priority traffic is allowed to 'break' the limit to ensure no bandwidth is wasted. But the moment a priority user (like a manager) needs the bandwidth, the system automatically suppresses the low-priority traffic.
Pro-Tip: Use Quota Control to set daily flow limits or online duration quotas for specific user groups to prevent a single user from hogging the entire day's resources
