Today we are pleased to formally announce that the Sangfor Technical Support Platform is officially open. We sincerely hope you can use the new platform as the default tool for problem-solving and learning in the future.

The ongoing optimization and iterative upgrades of the new platform rely on your active participation and strong support. We sincerely invite you guys to provide overall feedback on the platform for us.

1. How to Participate                                                                        


Step 1: Account Login
You can click the entrance of Sangfor Community or the link (https://support.sangfor.com/) to access the system.


Step 2: Experience New Features
Please check the key improvements of the new platform via the following link before you submit the experience feedback.


Step 3: Submit Feedback on Content and Search Results
Submit your star ratings or valid comments by selecting the texts.




Step 4: Submit Overall Satisfaction Survey

2. Feedback Deadline                                                                        

Please submit your advice before June 14, 2026.


3. Feedback Rewards                                                                        

Your feedback will be the core basis for our iterative improvements. The survey is expected to take 5 to 8 minutes to complete. Thank you for taking the time to fill it out truthfully!

(1) Try "Document / Case/ Search Feedback" Features

Get 300 coins and the "Top Tester" honor badge.
Experience the "Document Feedback, Case Feedback, and Search Feedback" functions and submit feedback on the new platform.


(2) Submit Overall Experience Survey

Get 600 coins for completing the overall experience survey.

Get 1000 coins for completing the overall experience survey and submitting 2 or more valid suggestions.

Get 2000 coins for completing the experience survey, submitting 5 or more valid suggestions, and having at least 2 optimization proposals adopted.


4. Activity Rules                                                                                 

(1) We will update the latest participation results under this post every Monday and announce the final winner lists within 2 working days after the event ends.
(2) Feedback on the experience of document, case, and search functions submitted without account logging will be deemed invalid participation, and no rewards will be issued.
(3) The experience survey must be fully completed without blank items or perfunctory content (e.g., evaluations without specific reasons such as "very good" or "nice"). Otherwise, it will be regarded as invalid feedback.
(4) Each user can participate in the event only once. For repeated online survey submissions, only the last valid submission will be counted.
(5) Plagiarism of others' opinions or submission of irrelevant information is disqualified in this activity.
(6) Sangfor Community reserves the final right of interpretation for this event. Any adjustments will be subject to official announcements.


5. Differences of Three Service Platforms                                      

To help you better understand and use our service platforms, the respective positioning and core content of Sangfor Community, Sangfor Support and the Knowledge Base are described below:

(1) New Sangfor Support: Providing dedicated technical support for product usage, offering user manuals, troubleshooting cases, best practices, and software and tool downloads (coming soon), primarily in the form of online better navigated documents and attachments.

(2) Community: Serving as an interactive platform for users, focusing on product discussions, technical sharing and learning through posts and replies.

(3) Knowledge Base: Hosting not only technical documentation (which have since been migrated to Sangfor Support, with no new technical content to be added here), but also lots of sales, marketing, and product solutions resources.
