can some share how this feature works? when you do confirmation on its endpoint.

On the Hardware Changes page, you can view the hardware change time, hardware type, original hardware specification, and new hardware specification.

Changes on the Hardware Changes page are change logs that administrators have not confirmed. Once an administrator clicks OK for a change log, the corresponding change log can be queried only on the System > Logs > Control Logs page.

Thanks for the clarification. So the Hardware Changes page only shows unconfirmed change logs, and once an administrator confirms them, they are moved to System > Logs > Control Logs for future reference. That helps explain why some records disappear from the Hardware Changes list.
