HCI questions 20

Good morning, I have a question. I have the following scenario:

I need to migrate virtual machines, but they don't have a licensed vCenter.
They don't have backups of any virtual machines.

I've already installed SCMT, but how can I perform the migrations without affecting productivity, since under no circumstances can any virtual machine be shut down?

How could I perform the migration in this case?

Yes u can use SCMT for both Windows and Linux servers without interrupting the business (no need to restart), but do check the compatibility. Suggest you perform this activity after busy business hours.
