Why are eth0–eth3 not illuminating?

The device can be stuck in an unfinished firmware or configuration state if the migration process was interrupted (for example, by laptop sleep).  Because the OS did not complete initialising network drivers, this may result in the NICs staying down.
Sometimes the device goes into a bootloop or recovery mode, which turns off interfaces until the system is fixed.

Why eth0–eth3 are not lighting up

If the migration process was interrupted (e.g., laptop sleep), the device may be stuck in an incomplete firmware or configuration state. This can cause the NICs to remain down because the OS didn’t finish initializing network drivers.
In some cases, the device enters a bootloop or recovery mode, which disables interfaces until the system is restored.
