I have learned that when dealing with virtual machine data loss in Sangfor VDI, it's essential to first confirm the scope and nature of the missing data, such as whether it affects specific files or the entire disk.

This guide gave me a clearer understanding of how to systematically trace possible causes like template updates, "Recover after reboot" settings, or storage issues, and how to use tools like Everything and EasyRecovery for investigation and recovery.

I have learned that for Sangfor VDI High Availability to work correctly, the virtual machines must be stored on virtual or shared storage and not on local storage. Additionally, proper network and node configurations are essential to ensure failover works as expected.

This guide helped me understand the critical conditions and logs needed to troubleshoot HA failures effectively, especially in identifying storage and network-related issues.
