How do Sangfor staff get the "Sangfor Employee" certificate without registration?

In this post, we will introduce how to get the Sangfor Employee certificate without registration a new account in the community. This guide is only for Sangfor staff.

Step 1: Access Sangfor Community

Visit the Sangfor Community homepage and click "Log In".

You will see the login page; scroll down to the "Other login methods" section, then click "Sangfor Employee".

Step 2: Scan the WeCom code

You will be navigated to the IDTrust page. On this page, you can get the OTP code on your Microsoft Authenticator or WeCom App to verify if you are Sangfor staff. Here, we introduce the simplest way —Scan WeCom Code.

Open the WeCom App on your mobile phone and scan the QR code.

Click "Log In".

Step 3: Check your account identity

You will receive a message after you scan the WeCom QR code. It means your account has been created successfully and verified automatically.

Hover your username and click "Me" to view your account information.

Please do not change your email in the community. Otherwise, you will lose your Sangfor employee certificate.

As the employee verification is processed by the IDTrust system, which will check your personal email from the HRM platform. The email is the only identity code for the two systems.

Some KB content is restricted to partners or certified users, so you may need proper role permissions.
