Password Policy

How to enforce the following password requirements on IAG:

• Password Complexity and Length:
  

  
  
  
  
  • Option A: At least 8 characters in length and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
    
  • Option B: At least 10 characters in length and include characters from at least three of the following four categories: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

  • The system must retain at least the last eight passwords per user and prevent reuse of any of these passwords.
    

    
    
    
    
• Account Lockout:
  

  
  
  
  
  • The account should be locked after five or fewer invalid logon attempts.
    

    
    
    
    
• Password Expiration:
