HiHi,

In the latest version of MS Word, there is the Editor Checking function, making it easy to check the spelling, grammar, ...etc. mistakes, and it will provide you with some writing advice. Please find the screenshot below:

I hope it can help you with writing the article.

1. Several tools are referenced without links or specific locations, e.g.,

“Detailed instructions are provided in the following document:” — but no document is linked or named.
This occurs in multiple places, including Sangfor HCI Installation and Pre-sales Selection.

2. The phrases "aServer" and "aDeploy" are used repeatedly throughout the document.

In the case of "aServer", it's unclear whether this is a product name or a typo for "a server". Without clarification, it may confuse readers—especially those who are new to Sangfor products or terminology.

"aDeploy" is a key product mentioned extensively, but there is no introductory explanation early in the document that clearly defines what it is, its purpose, and when to use it.

Why this matters:
This lack of clarity may cause confusion for beginners or users unfamiliar with Sangfor’s ecosystem. Readers may not be able to distinguish whether these are proper product terms or simply formatting inconsistencies.

Some sentence constructions are awkward or unclear, for example:

1. "If remove the host fails..." → should be → "If removing the host fails..."

2. "Click Download Resource Report to get detailed HCI resource information." → should be more formal, such as → "Click Download Resource Report to obtain detailed HCI resource information."
