Hi, there's no problem when both firewall interconnect via the LAN ports. Nowadays generations of firewall is basically the combination of both router and traditional firewall. So when both are connected via LAN ports, it's just like 2 PC are connected to each other via a core switch. Since both are directly connected, both firewall are reachable since direct connect.

So, what's ur objective actually? Maybe we can start there so we may help u better

The objective is the Authorized person (behind firewall A) can access the server (behind firewall B): vice versa!
