Hello everyone!
There was a problem updating NGAF 1100 and NGAF 1050 to version 8.0.95.
When running prechecks I get an error: The name of the device is incompatible.
Device name is GM1100 and KR1050.

Changing the name does not help.
Does anyone know a solution?

Hi, Try to backup and download backup file.
after that, reset to factory default then upgrade firmware.

after finish upgrade, restore configuration using downloded backup file.

"It seems you're encountering a device name compatibility issue while updating NGAF 1100 and NGAF 1050 to version 8.0.95; have you tried checking for any specific naming conventions required for the update?"

There is just one option that can be downloaded. The identical models had the same firmware installed in a standard manner. There are just two defective gadgets.

Good day!
Only one option is available for download. The same firmware was installed normally on the same models. Only 2 devices have an error.

Hi, the error is related due to incompatible firmware selected for your firewall model. I suggest you to try acheck (you can dowload it on self services area -> download) as it gets you detailed information about your device and where to find the right update file.

Even though changing the device name doesn't help, the root cause could be a configuration issue or an incorrect appliance model being selected during the upgrade. Check the firmware and other OS and Licenses all should be same.
