Check the VPN settings to confirm that routing policies or access control lists (ACLs) permit access to all VLANs with shared folders, not just the one VLAN.

Hi, please double-check the application control for the existing rules and ensure that the VPN users have appropriate rules to grant access to the internal resources they need (regardless of the VLAN on which the internal resources are defined).

Are the VLANs you mentioned defined on the NGAF device or on a Layer 3 switch?

After that, try to go to NGAF’s web UI under System -> Troubleshooting and perform a precise packet analysis to determine which policy the VPN users match when they are trying to reach the internal shares.

Check the SSL VPN roles and make sure the shared folder VLAN is included in the resources.
