Documentation and Support
Example: The user manual is clear and well-organized, but I struggled to find troubleshooting steps for specific issues. Including a dedicated FAQ section would be beneficial.

Hi, we get this issue on scan a newly hci cluster

If i relaunch the failed task, it creates another task.

I notice that the adeploy instance (launched on the failed task) remains active even if the task is failed.

That orphaned adeploy instance let me fail the realunched task

Simply waiting about ten minutes and retry tha failed task fixes this issue about adeploy process that remains stuck (but it's not visible on process task details).
It would be nice that there's a delay when an user launch the HCI task, to initiate checks only when adeploy process is effectively active.
On a failed task scenario, it would be nice too if all sub process are terminated (adeploy for example) in order to let the user retry the job without have an issue about adeploy process that is already running.

When using ACheck to perform a task on your customer's HCI three-cluster nodes, I suggest noting that if you use a super admin user other than the default "admin," you may encounter permission errors around 10% of the time during the task. It would be beneficial to have a feature, similar to the ES appliance check, that allows you to verify the connection before initiating the task. This would help prevent running the task with incorrect credentials.

SANGFOR Checks is a very useful and user-friendly application. Even I'm an intern and new to it, I still manage to use it, the layout is very clear and tidy, and the guide is good. It will auto run all of the health check and provide a full report which is very clear in providing the health check details.

I applied this to see the health of the HCI system

Functionally it is very helpful to identify which areas need to be followed up, but it is necessary to add the severity level whether it is high, low, or critical.
I still need to learn more about the recommendations issued.

for documentation and support I think it is more effective to provide direct links to more detailed documents.

Overall, the tool seems user-friendly and functional. The health score is a nice feature for providing an at-a-glance overview of system health.

Suggestion for Improvement:

On the report, we see that on mouse hover, some details about score appeared.
On this case it would be nice if there's some advice than the patch missing (for example a quick release notes instead):

Suggestion for Improvement:

Also, i suggest you to make task progress more readable as when we are out of office when performing maintenance on our clients, usually we are working with laptops (FHD resolution at least). It would be nice that the progression details and steps are always visible.
On this case i have to keep scrolling to see if the task remain stuck.

Also at the end of the task it would be nice if there's an option to export the task log to investigate further if there's any issue.

Suggestion for Improvement:

HI, about perform single task on acheck to check our customer's HCI three cluster nodes (latest 6.10), i suggest you to specify on the tool that if you use another user (with super admin privilegies) than admin, at 10% about of the task you get an  error about permission.
It would be nice that, like es appliance check, there's a button to try connection before starting the task (to avoid starting task with wrong credentials for example).
