Issue Description

User has migrated VM from Hyper V to HCI and found HCI console showing the VM memory is always 100% usage.

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. Ensure the VMtools is installed in the VM.

2. Ensure the GuestOS of the VM is correct.

3.Ensure the "Sangfor VM proxy service" and "sfreportservices" is in running status. Else, manually start the services.

4. Go to "Device Manager" and check for system devices. Found one of the driver (FastIO-Serial Driver) is missing.

5. Go to "Other devices" found one of the driver is abnormal.

6.Try to update the driver manually using VMtools ISO.
i. Go to the VM summary, click on the "Reinstall > Click here".

ii. Now the VM will mount the VMtools ISO automatically. Select the ethernet controller and click on "Update driver".

iii.Select "Browse my computer for driver software".

5. Select the VMoptimizationtool drive which is CD Drive (E)  in my case.

6. Click "Ok" and next to start the driver installation.

7. Now, the VM is able to show the actual memory usage.
