Issue Description

Unable to add cluster in aCMP, showing error message “Licensed CPU is used out

Handling Process

  • Verified aCMP have sufficient CPU licenses for aSV, aNET and aSAN.
  • Verified USB key can be detected in aCMP platform.

Solution

  • Check on the aCMP aOC (Operation Center) license.
  • From here we found that Host CPUs for aOC is insufficient.
  • Insufficient aOC license will causing aCMP unable to add cluster, hence it need to open sufficient aOC license OR no aOC license at all.
  • Request open aCMP license without aOC OR discuss with sales team whether can add CPUs license for aOC.
