I use SANGFOR Firmware Updater but not found the device.

Hi. Try to check the other ports of NGAF for management IP using sangfor firmware updater.
Also try to ping the management IP if you can.
If you can ping. Try to telnet the IP with port 443.
Is this answer helpful?

is it NGAF? I have an experience like this on the IAM device.  I was guided by the Sangfor partner that IAM has a sub-IP address on ETH0 (128.127.125.252/29) and ETH1 (128.127.125.252/29) and my assume is maybe the NGAF has sub-IP address like IAM.

I have the same issue on NGAF device. Updater unable to detect and also cannot ping. My solution is to configure the IP in the backend on the ports that haven't been assign IP yet.

ETH0 = 10.251.251.251
ETH1 = 192.168.1.10
ETH2 = 10.1.1.1
ETH3 = blank (configure ip on this using backend)

After that you configure your pc's ip to the same range then connect. It should be able to access the Web UI already(If hang then use Internet Explorer). After access the web UI never configure the ip on the new port. If you do, then the port will having the same problem with other port. Just reset to the factory defaults, then should be ok already.
