Unable to discover VMs on NetApp snapshot LUN when production LUN is mounted on the same Sangfor HCI cluster

We are planning to migrate our environment from VMware to Sangfor HCI and have encountered an issue with our NetApp SAN snapshot backup/restore process. This scenario currently works in our VMware environment.
Our production VM storage is provided by a NetApp SAN LUN. We created a snapshot of the production LUN on NetApp and presented the snapshot LUN to Sangfor HCI for backup/restore purposes.
The issue is as follows:
1.        The production NetApp LUN is already mounted on the Sangfor HCI cluster and contains the production VMs.
2.        We create a snapshot of this LUN on NetApp and present/mount the snapshot LUN to the same Sangfor HCI cluster.
3.        Sangfor HCI can see/mount the snapshot LUN, but we cannot see or discover the guest VMs stored on the snapshot LUN.
4.        However, if we present the same snapshot LUN to another Sangfor HCI cluster that does not have the production LUN mounted, the VMs on the snapshot LUN can be seen/discovered successfully.
Therefore, the snapshot itself appears to contain the VM data, but the problem occurs specifically when the original production LUN and its snapshot LUN are presented to the same Sangfor HCI cluster simultaneously.

Please confirm: Are these NetApp LUNs connected to HCI through Fibre Channel or iSCSI, and is the datastore formatted as VMFS or a Sangfor-native datastore?

Causes Might be below: A: Duplicate LUN or datastore identifiers high-priority investigation B:Sangfor HCI storage metadata or VM inventory conflict C: NetApp LUN mapping or identifier behavior
