I built Win11 KMS server.
Provisioning x25 win11 VDI pro
We found that all the VDI Win11 using same Device ID.

Do we need to run sysprep before create the resource or update VM template?
Or there is any option in VDC we  can random the Device ID for VDI device?

Build a Golden Win11 VDI Template
Fully patched.
Installed agents/drivers needed
Joined to domain (optional for the template phase)
Run Sysprep with Generalize
Open C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\sysprep.exe

Choose:
System Cleanup Action: Enter System Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE)
Generalize: ☑️ checked
Shutdown Options: Shutdown
This will prepare the VM to produce unique IDs on next boot.

Convert to Template
After Sysprep completes and the template VM shuts down, convert that VM to a template.
Deploy/Provision VDI from Template
Each provisioned VDI will generate new Device ID, SID, and other unique values.
