You can use the default uninstall password “123456” if the manager has been deleted or the password is unknown. If this does not work, remote assistance from an engineer is required. Please contact tech.support@sangfor.com for help.
You can also try uninstalling the agent directly on the endpoint system:
  • For Windows: Open the Start menu, find Endpoint Secure Agent, click Uninstall, and enter the uninstall password (if known).
  • For Linux (version 3.7.2 and above): Run the uninstall script ./eps_uninstall.sh in the agent’s installation directory.
  • For Mac (version 3.7.2 and above): Use Terminal to run the uninstall script with root privileges.

Hi mate, maybe i suggest you can follow this previous article

https://community.sangfor.com/fo ... p;extra=&page=2

and form my opinion, the best is from @jerome_itable

Method 1: Using the Uninstall Tool

Download the Sangfor Endpoint Secure Uninstall Tool from the Sangfor website.
Run the uninstall tool and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once the uninstall process is complete, restart your PC.

and another way is you can try using Microsoft Fixit tool to helps automatically repair issues when you're  installing or removing programs. It also fixes corrupted registry keys. Can try find from Microsoft site here

The standard approach is to perform a forced or offline removal using the vendor's official cleanup or removal Fletcher tool which typically requires local administrator privileges and sometimes temporary disabling of self-protection or booting into Safe Mode. Incase such a tool is not publicly available you must open a support case with the EDR vendor, provide the device identifiers (hostname, OS, agent version) and request a one-time uninstall token or password reset as manually deleting services, drivers or registry entries is not recommended and can destabilize the system.
