Issue with uploading multiple attachment files in Microsoft Outlook.

When the “Deny” option under Content Security (AI-based Engine Zero file verification)  was enabled (as indicated by the red arrow in the attached screenshot),  several users experienced temporary isolation from internet access.
Investigation Findings:
  • The IT team conducted an investigation and identified the root cause:
    The issue occurred when users attempted to upload multiple attachment files in Microsoft Outlook.
  • This triggered the security policy, resulting in temporary internet access restrictions.

Temporary Action Taken:
  • The policy setting was changed from “Deny” to “Allow” to restore normal internet access and prevent further disruptions.

Request for Permanent Solution:
  • Please assist in implementing a solution that prevents this issue without requiring the policy to be changed from “Deny” to “Allow.”
