Failed to isolate 'unknown error'

can someone have an ideas how to fix this error? i try to restart the agent and yet still failed to isolate.

do full scan to make sure all viruses is deleted or quarantine.

Hi John, i have little experience with asec, but i guess you can try to get rid of the files, maybe rename them and verify the system is not faulty without them (wich usually don't) and then delete them manually as the administrator of the operative system. It might take a reboot of the system if the files are loaded in memory (that is probably the reason why you cannot isolate them.)

Maybe you can create a script or policy in a wider network with several clients. Or if you want to dig deeper on why engage with support to validate what happens inside the machine. Bare in mind you will need administrator access.
