Having trouble with a program crashing? I find running it as an administrator (right-click, "Run as administrator") often helps. It's resolved similar issues for me in the past, granting needed permissions. Does anyone else have similar experiences?

Hi, you can download the guide from Sangfor Knowledge Base.

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Adeploy.

A few things you could try:

Run as Administrator
Right-click the Adeploy executable and choose "Run as administrator". Sometimes permission issues can cause unexpected shutdowns.

Check Antivirus/Firewall
Your antivirus or Windows Defender might be blocking or force-closing the program. Try temporarily disabling it (or adding Adeploy to the allowlist) to see if that helps.

Clear Previous Configurations
If you had an older version installed, there might be leftover config files causing a conflict. Try:

Uninstalling Adeploy completely

Deleting the related folder in C:\Program Files or C:\Users\YourName\AppData

Reinstalling the new version

Check for Logs
If Adeploy creates any logs (in the install folder), check them — they might give you a clue on what's crashing it.

Compatibility Mode
Try right-clicking the executable, go to Properties > Compatibility, and run it in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or 8.

If it still force closes after all this, it might be worth reaching out directly to Sangfor support or checking if there’s a newer patch/hotfix for that version.

Hope this helps! Let us know what you find.
