How can I connect LACP to the internet? NGAF v8.0.35 and v8.0.47

I already configured my 2 ports (eth2 & eth3). It has internet when I test each port but when I created the link aggregation to LACP (active). I cannot connect to the internet.

How can I configure the LACP to connect to the internet?

My configuration:

Hi,which model is your switch? your firewall is connected to a switch that supports LACP? if yes, try setting up on switch side two ports with Dynamic LACP and connect only one port to firewall (to prevent spanning tree port block). After that, connect second port to firewall and see on switch logs if there's some alert about spanning tree .

HI,
From you pictures, it looks like that your link aggregation is not going up. You need to configure to LACP from the other side where the 2 interfaces are connected.
